On June 24, REAL Trends released their annual ranking of “The Thousand” top real estate sales professional in the United States. The 2016 rankings are compiled as the top two hundred fifty individual sales agents and teams by sales volume and number of transactions during the 2015 calendar year.

Real Trends has once again released its annual “Real Trends 500 by Volume” ranking of residential real estate firms for 2016. Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty, together with its sister offices, ranked #107 for sales in the nation among residential real estate firms.

The report utilizes independently varified, prior year sales data to compile its unbiased rankings. No other brokerage in Jackson Hole, the region or the state made the list among the top 500.

The 2015 edition of the Real Trends 500 ranked the brokerage as #232 in the nation. Contributing to the substantial jump up the list for 2016 were a prior year sales volume of approximately $809,000,000, as well as an acquisition that led to reporting of combined sales figures for Jackson Hole, Sun Valley and Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty offices.
