The bigger annex offers two bedrooms, a small kitchen corner and a bathroom and is located next to the main building. The smaller one was built on a higher level of the plot and offers a studio with kitchen and bathroom. Another captivating highlight of this country home for sure is the harmonious swimming pool area, surrounded by teak platforms, which was integrated well studied into the surrounding nature, where guests can enjoy a unique view over the landscape to the sea.
The buildings have air conditioning in all bedrooms, (in some areas also traditional heating), wifi connection and satellite TV, as well as several covered parking spaces, solar panels and water tanks.
The property is located just a few minutes from Porto Rotondo and 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Marinella. Within 15 minutes drive you can reach the airport of Olbia Costa Smeralda. The ideal oasis of tranquility - also all year round.
