Ray Pawlikowski

Before joining Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty, Ray had an extensive background in technology and hospitality, having co-founded and served as CEO of the hospitality software company HotSchedules. During his time at HotSchedules, Ray grew the company from a simple 'back of the napkin' idea into a globally recognized technology business with over $100 million in annual revenue. The company's app also ranked #1 in the Apple App Store.
Ray’s transition from technology entrepreneur to real estate professional gives him a fresh perspective on property investment. With over a decade of personal investments in Jackson Hole, he is passionate about helping others achieve their real estate dreams. Ray, his wife Melinda, and their three children moved from Austin, Texas, to Jackson Hole in 2020. However, he has been a regular visitor since 1989 and a proud local property owner since 2011. Their children are growing up in the community, with two daughters attending Wilson Elementary and their son attending Jackson Hole Middle School.

Ray doesn’t just focus on real estate sales—he also explores real estate development, blending his tech background with creativity to introduce new opportunities to the industry. From planning to completion, he’s been involved in projects that contribute value to the community while celebrating the region's natural beauty.
