Debra Robertson

Debra Robertson has been a top ranked real estate agent since 1998. After being licensed only one year, Debra was honored as a member of the President's Club by Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty as a multi-million dollar producer. Debra then developed a team that was soon ranked in the top 1% in real estate sales for the state of Arizona. Debra is now licensed to practice real estate in the state of Idaho where she enjoys the beautiful out of doors in the Teton Valley. She brings many years of real estate knowledge to the Valley and is excited to be part of the community both personally and professionally.

Holding a real estate license in Idaho, Arizona and California, Debra has the ability to do business not only in those states but at a Nationally and Internationally level through her affiliation with Sotheby's International Realty. Debra can 'hand-select' and work with top agents in other markets to assist her clients with their out-of-town, out-of-state or International selling and buying needs.

Although licensed as an agent in 1998, Debra's roots in real estate began many years prior to that. Debra grew up in a real estate family where her mother was a top real estate agent. 'I remember listening to my mother talk about her clients needs and how best to prepare a home for sale. In high school I would often go with her to walk through homes and on a few occasions found myself with paint and a roller in hand toning down a colorful wall or bedroom before it went on the market. Learning the language of real estate and what it entailed to find the perfect home for a client or market a home for sale were part of every dinner conversation. I always knew that I would be a real estate agent because I was very interested in those conversations and watching how much my mother loved her clients and much she enjoyed being a realtor. 'I can't imagine doing anything else as a career. '

After graduating with a degree in marketing, Debra bought, remodeled and sold several homes. She and her family were some of the early pioneers of the 'fix and flip' trend. Debra also has experience in new home construction through overseeing the building process for as many as 15 homes at the same time for family and clients. These experiences give her a good eye for quality construction and the ability to envision what a home could look after a remodel.

Debra has been a life-long committed volunteer for philanthropy. She helped form Children's Cancer Association, helped raise 5M for Phoenix Children's Hospital, coordinated fundraisers for Little League and several schools as well as leading fundraisers for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Debra also served on the HOA Board of Directors, the Board for Little League Baseball as well as on the Board of Directors Columbia Corridor Association, a division of the Portland Development Commission.

During her free time Debra enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

She also enjoys traveling, hiking, fly fishing, yoga, snow skiing and scuba diving.
