Originally from. San Clemente, California, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in History and in English. After her first summer learning to fly fish in Jackson Hole, it was home.
A very active and connected community volunteer, Barbara is the past president of Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited. She is also the past chairman of the Teton County Board of Commissioners, a past Chairman of the Town of Jackson Planning Commission and member of the WCCA Legislative Bill Review Committee. She is a member of the Wyoming Wildlife Federation board and is very proud to have chaired the Safe Wildlife Crossings PAC which helped pass Wyoming’s first ever conservation ballot measure: $10mm for wildlife crossings in Teton County.
