Penny Gaitan

Penny has been in real estate in Jackson Hole for over 40 years, starting at the original Jackson Hole Realty in Teton Village, right under the famous clock tower. Since then she has helped countless families find or sell their primary residences, vacation homes, commercial properties, and investment properties. Her love for outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, biking, and cross country skiing are what brought her to Jackson, and she loves to share these experiences with friends, old and new. She never tires of spotting the abundant wildlife in the Valley, and you'll often find her out looking for bears. Having lived full time in Jackson Hole since 1977, she knows the valley very well and still loves being here.
Penny was the Owner and Responsible Broker for Art Hazen Real Estate for a period of over 30 years, has volunteered as Director for the Multiple Listing Service and Teton Board of Realtors, and was nominated Realtor of the Year in 2009.
She and her son Jeremy have teamed up to provide Jackson Hole with a reliable and trustworthy Real Estate team to help buyers and sellers alike.
She also has a daughter, Nicole, and son-in-law Corey Felton who live in Jackson. They have two beautiful daughters.
