Ben moved to Jackson in 1995 soon after graduating from the University of Central Florida. He spent his first winter in Jackson working for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Circumerro Publishing, and nights at Mountain High Pizza Pie.
Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2004, Ben started an ad agency which specialized in marketing real estate in Jackson. He built one of the first real estate search engines on the internet for Real Estate of Jackson Hole in 1996. Later, he assisted in the marketing of the Crescent H Ranch for Jackson Hole Realty (now Sotheby’s) and Ken Gangwer. This was, at the time, the largest sale in the Western United States. Ben’s background in illustrations and advertising has been an asset in providing first class visuals for his listings.
Ben grew up in real estate under his father, a Broker and Appraiser with 50 years of service. He began helping his dad from the time he could hold a camera and measuring tape. Ben acquired an appraisal license himself until deciding to focus exclusively on sales. This fundamental background in appraising provided additional education and attention to detail. Ben also holds a Broker’s license in Florida.
When Ben is not working, he can usually be found in the great outdoors either boating, biking, hiking, or snowboarding.
