Jackson Hole Mountain Resort celebrates 50th Saturday

Mark your calendars—This Saturday, December 19th, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will host the Official 50th Anniversary Celebration Day. In a season full of celebrations at the #1-rated ski resort in North America, Saturday will serve as the Grand Opening of the new Teton Lift and Piste Mountain Bistro.

The Teton Lift will add additional lift-service access to blue, double-blue, black and double-black terrain best suited for intermeidate to expert skiers via a new high-speed quad chair. Piste Mountain Bistro, in the Rendezvous Lodge atop the Bridger Gondola, is also slated to open December 19th and will compliment Couloir, the resort’s on-mountian fine dining experience at 9,095 feet of elevation. The reimagined space will serve lunch from 11:30am-2:30pm daily with dinner seating at 5:30pm. The dinner menu at Piste currently teases us with such delecacies as Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Saddle of Wyoming Lamb, and Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef Zabuton (via Piste’s OpenTable menu—complete offerings are unavailable at this time).
