The Chameleon House 2.0 was built in 2013 and recently completely renovated in 2023, paying attention to the smallest detail with high-quality materials. Modern architecture has been combined with unique art pieces both inside and outside the building.

Located above the beautiful city of Palma, Chameleon 2.0 sits in the best location in Son Vida, with views of the Old Town, the Cathedral, the Port, Bellver Castle, the entire bay of Palma, and the mountains.

Three separate entrances allow total privacy for everyone, guests, owners, and staff. The main building has three floors connected by two elevators.

GROUND FLOOR

Upon entering the house, we find a large foyer, an office, a reading room, a spacious living room, two kitchens, a dining room, a wine cellar, two toilets, and a cinema room. One of the kitchens is closer to the living room and allows for show cooking.

The living room connects to a large terrace area with two pools measuring 168.5 and 50.78m2. One of the pools can be covered, turning it into a helipad or an extended terrace for hosting large parties.

The large terrace is equipped with a WPC pathway with a wood-like appearance that connects the main villa to the guesthouse.

The outdoor area also features a garden with a pond.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of them with walk-in closets, and all with their own terrace.

BASEMENT FLOOR

In the basement, there is a garage, a game room, a laundry room, a storage room, and additionally, an independent individual apartment for the staff, which includes a bedroom, a separate office, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet.

The heated pool and spa are also located here. Other highlights include a gym, a toilet, and a relaxation area.

GUESTHOUSE

The guesthouse consists of two floors with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. They share a beautiful kitchen, a living room, and terraces on both floors, all with views of the bay of Palma.
