In 2006, Brett accepted the broker position with another development and supervised a team of licensees who primarily focused on real estate and membership sales in its private golf course community. After three terms on the Teton Board of Realtors (TBOR) MLS Board, Brett was elected 2009 President of the Teton Board of Realtors. He was awarded the 2008 TBOR Realtor of the Year. He is also the past chair of the Wyoming Association of Realtors' Practitioners' Standards committee.
