Real Estate Agent
Linda Hanlon began her sales career in New York City where she served as the sales manager for both domestic and off-shore clothing firms. While president of her condominium Home Owner's Association, she successfully negotiated with the developer for the repair of a waterproofing issue with her ten-story high-rise building. In 2000 Linda began selling real estate when she joined her husband, John, at Sotheby's International Realty. Together they have negotiated on behalf of their customers for over 24 years. Their areas of expertise range from entry-level homes to luxury second homes, to the development of vacant land sites. In this dynamic market, they have kept abreast of the complicated processes involved with buying and selling real estate in and around Jackson.

Linda is a detailed person who listens intently to what her customers want. She is creative as she uses her contacts and resources to find great property matches for each customer. Perhaps this is why repeat customers refer their family and friends to her for their real estate needs.
On the professional level, she is a member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the local Teton Board of Realtors. She holds the designations of GRI and Realtor.

An active volunteer in the community, Linda was a member of the SIR Community Service Fund Committee and has served on the boards of G.A.P., Boy Scout Troop 268, and the Senior Class of 2010. You may have seen her serving breakfast at Old Bill's Fun Run or greeting guests at the public library.

Having moved to Jackson with her two children in 1999, she has a wealth of knowledge about raising children in our mountain paradise community.
