Our brokerage’s history with ski properties in Jackson Hole goes back to the inception of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort as our agents worked with the very first real estate developments on the mountain such as Rendezvous and Nez Perce Condominiums in the 1970s.

The Early Years in Jackson Hole Real Estate

As Jackson Hole Mountain Resort grew and became a world renowned destination, real estate in Jackson Hole continued to thrive. During the 1980s more successful ski condo projects were developed and sold by our firm including Timber Ridge, Sleeping Indian, Wind River and the Tram Tower Condominiums.

The late 1990s marked another exciting phase for real estate in Jackson Hole, as the newest ski-in/ski-out condo development, Moose Creek Town Homes came on line. This was the fastest selling real estate development listed with our brokerage. The pent up demand for new product fueled sales of these on mountain condos which sold out pre-build in 2 days.

Continued Real Estate Success

With the success of slope-side properties at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort came the Granite Ridge Development, some of the first new luxury fully detached homes, charming ski cabins and the ski-in/ski-out Granite Ridge Lodges.

With our experienced agents and as the exclusive brokerage to both Moose Creek and Granite Ridge, our brokerage continued to dominate the market share of Jackson Hole real estate.

Teton Mountain Lodge was the successful beginning to a new breed of hotel and condo real estate in Teton Village. Our agents successfully sold this along with the budding new preeminent commercial/residential real estate development, Crystal Springs Lodge.

With the new Jackson Hole Mountain Resort gondola, the Cody House was built at the base. With only a handful of luxury residences for sale, this project sold out in a matter of weeks and today it is rare for one of these sought after units to become available.

Jackson Hole Ski Resort Hits It’s Stride

One of the most important real estate developments in Jackson Hole was the opening of Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole in 2004. As the first ski-in/ski-out Four Seasons Resort property in North America it helped spur the ski resort to the next level of luxury hotel accommodations and amenity rich real estate. Just awarded #2 in the “Top 40 Resorts in the West” by Conde Nast, Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty offers several luxury full, and club ownership real estate opportunities.

Hotel Terra at Jackson Hole is our slope-side luxury LEED certified AAA Four Diamond hotel located at the base of the Jackson Hole ski resort in Teton Village. The full ownership condominiums are nestled at the base of the Jackson Hole tram.

The newest development at the Jackson Hole Ski Resort is Shooting Star ; bringing a world class golfing to the base of the ski resort. Awarded to #3 residential course for 2012 by GolfWeek, this luxury resort offers homesites and cabins designed by Paul Bertelli of JLF and Associates.
